Featured SpotlightHappy Board Retirement, Dick Voigt!

Richard “Dick” Voigt, Board Chairman, has retired from the Simplicity CU Board of Directors after Forty-Three years of service to the Simplicity Family,

When he sat in his first board meeting in 1978, we called ourselves Central City Credit Union and were serving the Marshfield community from a single location. In his years as a board member Dick traveled with us through three mergers, new locations and branches, and endless advances in technology and innovation.

Even though we look a lot different from the day he was elected, Dick’s commitment to the credit union and desire to be the best representative for our members has never changed. He has led the Board and counseled the Simplicity Team with wisdom, grace, and good humor.

Please join the Simplicity Team as we offer our sincere gratitude to Dick Voigt for his dedicated service to Simplicity CU and the credit union movement and wish him and his wife, Margaret, many happy and relaxing years of retirement!!

Here are some of the pictures we caught at his retirement celebration on July 28th, 2021.
